Originally from South Africa Adam moved to the UK in 2007. Adam has worked in a variety of countries and careers. Everything from hunting poachers in the bush to guiding multi-million pound projects. Over the past year Adam has developed an obsession with yeast and hops, almost uncomfortably so for those around him. He has also led to some of the Three Sods more experimental beers, loving to mix together unthinkable combinations of malts.
Born and raised in London with Irish parents. Jordan studied at Leeds University and is now an award winning sustainability consultant working in Central London. Predominantly a lager and a wheat beer drinker Jordan has helped steer the brewery to create bubbly, subtly hopped, smoother tasting ales.
Born in Yorkshire, Dave studied in Leeds before moving to Sweden for three years. After Sweden, Dave moved to London and has been settled in the east ever since. Dave worked at Brodies Brewery in east London before deciding to start The Three Sods with Adam and Jordan. Dave loves super hoppy beers with a little bitter twist. He drinks Pales and bitters but also loves dark beers with a nice hoppy kick.
